Actev Motors will process returns and refunds only for items that were purchased and shipped directly from ActevMotors.com within the last 30 calendar days. If you need to return an item, please see our Return Guidelines below to ensure proper processing. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a delay processing your return and affect your ability to receive a refund.
Once your return is received, a credit for the full purchase price (plus tax excluding outbound shipping cost) will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Actev Motors unless the return is a result of our error.
You may return any new, unused items ordered from ActevMotors.com in the last 30 calendar days. Prior to returning an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) must be obtained from Customer Support to expedite handling of the return receipt. Items must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging. Please allow two weeks from receipt of return for processing.
Shipping Damage or Defective Policy
If an Actev Motors product is received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defect, Actev Motors will replace, or repair the damaged product at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact Customer Support to obtain resolution to the issue. This can include replacement parts, or service being provided.
