Domestic (U.S.) Customers:
If your Item is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be backordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, a customer will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.
Actev Motors does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other area outside of the contiguous 48 lower United States.
International Customers:
Actevmotors.com does not currently ship internationally.
Delivery Information:
All Domestic orders include Free Standard Shipping, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories.
Under normal circumstances, your Item(s) will ship from our U.S. warehouse within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week.
General Terms:
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. All products shipped become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping address. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Actev Motors within 36 hours. By purchasing from our web site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.
Items Damaged During Transit:
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days by email at support@actevmotors.com. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Actev Motors, you may return it within 30 days from date of delivery for a refund (to your original form of payment only) if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). Actev Motors will process returns and refunds only for items that were purchased directly from Actevmotors.com. Once our assessment is complete, we will refund total purchase price of returned products minus damages. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the first 30 days.
All returns must be returned in their original shipping boxes. Customers will be held liable for all damage resulting from improper packing of the product. Once we receive the returned products, we will assess each product for packing damage and damages excluded from manufacture warranty. For all returns shipping, please use a trackable shipping service with shipping assurance for return shipping. Shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Actev Motors are the responsibility of the customer.
Contact us at support@actevmotors.com to obtain an RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials, i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Limited Warranty:
Each Actev Motors product comes with a 120-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in product-specific documentation (the Warranty Period).
In the unlikely event there is a quality defect, please first contact our customer service and provide your order number or proof of purchase. We will do our best to advise you. Often the issue can be fixed by installing properly or replacing an accessory.
This warranty covers normal use but does not cover the product if damaged by improper use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, product modification or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Improper use includes driving on unpaved surfaces, on hills or in wet conditions. Evidence of any attempt at consumer repair will void this warranty.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF ACTEV MOTORS, WHETHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR IMPLIED BY LAW FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
If this product has a manufacturing defect within Warranty Period, contact warranty@actevmotors.com. Please keep your shipping box. The warranty does not cover return shipping damage resulting from insufficient packaging. Before a product can be returned under the Limited Warranty Policy, Actev Motors must be given the reasonable opportunity to work with the buyer to repair the product.
Replacement Extended Warranty:
All replacement products are covered by the standard warranty starting at the date of original delivery. If for various reasons the replacement procedure extends beyond the warranty period, we may, at our sole discretion, extend the warranty coverage on such replacement up to an additional 30 days. Please be advised that this extended warranty is final and any additional extensions are non-negotiable.
Limits and Exclusions:
There are no express warranties except as listed above. Actev Motors shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Actev Motors be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Actev Motors is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.
Cancellations:
If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to support@actevmotors.com to request cancellation. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime must be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Actev Motors are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charges are not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
State Law Rights:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
